If you have booked the Early Bee rate, we regret to inform you that cancelations and changes are not possible. This means that you will have to pay the full amount of your booking.

With the Flexible rate, you can cancel free of charge up to 6 pm one day before your arrival. You can pay directly on site at HIIVE. If you cancel later or do not arrive, we reserve the right to debit 80% of the 1st night from your credit card.

Of course! Up to the age of two, we will be happy to put an extra crib in your room, or you can make yourselves comfortable in bed together. We are also happy to convert the sofa bed in our suites into a cozy bed.

Dogs welcome! For €20 per day, your four-legged friend will receive a dog treatment with dog nest, dog bowl and dog snack.

Unfortunately, we do not offer extra beds. However, we do have a sofa bed in all our suites, which can be prepared for up to two children aged 2-14 years.

Our front office is open for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We look forward to seeing you!

Your check-in is guaranteed daily from 3 pm. Are you arriving earlier and would like to get rid of your luggage? We'll be happy to take care of it! Just let us know at reception.

Unfortunately, we have to say goodbye to you by 11 am on your day of departure. Would you like to sleep longer? No problem! For a fee of €20, we will be happy to extend your check-out until 3 pm.

If you have already checked out or your room is not yet ready, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us. Lockers are of course also available. Please let the HIIVE team at reception know.

On site at HIIVE, you can pay by cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, EC card or contactless via your smartphone with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When booking online, you also have the option of paying with PayPal and Klarna.

You can of course also book our delicious HIIVE breakfast in the Breakfast Club on site in addition to your stay. Just let our team know.

Would you like to explore Oldenburg by bike? No problem. The HIIVE has great Schindelhauer rental bikes available for you and can be rented all day for €15 per bike and half-day for €10 per day from our front office.

Do you need a bike basket and a city map? Everything is ready for you!
