Look forward with us to the 20th Nikolaimarkt, with 90 exhibitors one of the largest and most beautiful markets in northern Germany. Founded in 2004 for Oldenburg's Nikolai quarter, we are now represented for the eleventh time on Oldenburg's Schlossplatz. Between the castle, the Old Guardhouse and the towers of the Lamberti Church, there is a very special atmosphere here for a very special market.
The Oldenburg Nikolai Market has the subtitle “Market for new crafts and design”. Traditional craft techniques paired with contemporary design give rise to wonderful products. Current works can be seen from all areas of work, textiles and stone, ceramics and leather, jewelry and wood, sculpture and graphics. The market is supported by a fine gastronomic offer and coffee specialties.
